About YPLA

YPLA (Yeshiva Program of Los Angeles), started in 2015 by Rabbi Aryeh Steinman and Rabbi Asher Brander, is a transformative part-time yeshiva program in Los Angeles for young men.

It provides an intellectually stimulating environment, meaningful connections, and a supportive network as they navigate their personal and professional journeys, offering a vital Torah resource that combines rigorous Torah learning with personal growth and camaraderie.

About the Campaign

The primary objective of the campaign was to raise funds for the YPLA annual budget. This would enable the program to concentrate solely on enhancing the yeshiva experience, thus increasing accessibility for our young men. This deliberate allocation of resources amplified its influence on the engaged young men and the community as a whole.

Trailer

This campaign included a trailer video. This is meant to build excitement and notify all potential donors in a friendly and attractive way.

It is usually kept around the 1 minute mark and includes no interviews. This video only uses graphics and pictures to hint at the campaign's theme, as well as share the date of the campaign. It sometimes includes the goal amount.

Main Video

The Main Video is the first and most important of all. It introduces the campaign to all in an inviting and engaging way.

It sparks curiosity and fun while telling potential donors what the cause is. The video starts with personal anecdotes which makes it more personal and more impactful.

Video 2

Video #2 is meant to act as a "brother" to the Main Video.

It goes into deeper depth into the program and further showcases YPLA's various programs and activities

Video 3

This third video features acclaimed Jewish musician Moshe Storch.

He speaks directly at the viewer and talks about his personal relationship about YPLA, which adds a personal touch.

Talking directly to the camera and breaking the "third wall" makes it more personable to the viewer.

Video 4

In our fourth video, we showcase Daniel Uretsky, the CEO of Allied Feathers. He shares his experience of delivering a guest lecture at YPLA during a breakfast event and expresses his authentic affection for the program. His genuine connection to YPLA highlights the program's positive impact. He fervently urges the viewers to join him in backing this remarkable initiative.
